To create an account, you’ll need access to the email address that you used to apply for your Coign card. If you haven’t been approved for a Coign card yet, you’ll need to have an approved application before you can create an account.

You can download the mobile app on either the Apple App Store or on the Google Play Store.  

You can find it by clicking the links above, or searching in either store with the keyword “Coign”.  

You can also go to app.coigncard.com from your computer to use the web application.

Once you’re ready to begin, the steps on the mobile app and the web application are the same. Click on Account Activation.

On the next screen enter the email that you used to apply for your Coign card.  Verify that you’ve entered it correctly and click Continue.

You should receive an email within a few minutes containing a six-character alpha numeric code. Enter the code you received in your email in the field marked Confirmation Code. Verify that you’ve entered it correctly and click Continue.

You’ll then be asked to create a password. Type the password in the fields marked Create Password and Re-enter Password. The password in both fields must be the same. When choosing your password, it must be at least eight characters, have at least one number, and at least one special character. Once you’re done click Continue and you’re ready to log into the Coign app.

If you’ve done everything correctly you should see a message of success on the screen.

Make sure to remember your password so you can get back into your account. If you happen to forget it, don’t worry. You can always reset your password from the login screen.

Once you’ve successfully set up your account, you’ll be taken to the login screen. Enter your new credentials and enjoy spending right!
